Help with the order process
We strive to make the order process as simple, efficient and easy as possible. Have you found your desired product? Then you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking on "Add to cart". Please use the following instructions to complete your order.1) Shopping cart
Once you have selected a product and placed it in your shopping cart, you will be directed to the "shopping cart" page. This page will show you an overview of everything you have placed in your shopping cart. Here you can change the quantity, delete the product from your shopping cart or continue shopping. You can also enter your promotion or discount code. When you have changed the quantity or when you have entered a promotion or discount code click on the "recalculate" button. If you don't want to make any changes, click on the green button "Check-out".
2) Delivery information
You will be directed to our "Sign in" page after you have clicked the green "Check-out" button. Have you shopped with us before? Then you can enter your email address and password to continue. If you are a new customer, you will have to click on the green "Continue" button on the left side of the page. Now you can fill out the fields with your information. It is possible to enter a different delivery address in the next step. If you require assistance please call 02030 513225.
3) Overview
After you have completed the check-out process you will be directed to the last page: the overview page. On this page you will see an overview of all the products in your shopping cart. You can also see the total discount amount here, if applicable, as well as the shipping costs. Is all the information correct? Then choose one of our many payment methods. After you have selected a payment method, click on "Check-out"
4) Payment
After you have clicked on "Checkout" you have to enter information which is required to confirm your order (such as a credit card number if you choose to pay by credit card). For more information on "how to order" click here. After you have entered the correct information, click on "Send". You have confirmed your order and you will be directed to a page to confirm your purchase. In addition, you will receive an email from us in which we confirm your order.
Order status by email
After you have placed an order with us we will keep you updated about the status or your order1) Confirmation of your order
After you have completed your order we will send you an email stating that we have received your order. In this email you will find an overview of your order including your ordered product and the delivery address. Did you not receive an email? Then please check your spam folder. If the email was not delivered to your spam folder, then please contact us as soon as possible.
2) Payment confirmation
Once we have received your payment we will send you a confirmation by email. You will also find your invoice as an attachment to that email. If you choose to pay in advance, you will receive an email with your payment confirmation within 3 to 4 days after you have fulfilled the payment.
3) Delivery confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, we will also send you an email containing the tracking code of your order. You can track and trace your order easily and fast via the UPS website.
